On a perfectly crowned hillside in the foothills of the Blue Mountains lies our Mill Creek Upland Vineyard. The first in what is now becoming a destination for Bordeaux varietal vineyards, it is noted for huge temperature swings from day to night, which breeds power, density, and firm acidity in the wines.
