Tasting Notes
Our inaugural release of Aglianico—a noble variety from southern Italy—has a dazzling, deep-ruby hue. The nose bursts with dried red and black fruits, leaf tobacco, dried sage, tar, and rose petals. On the palate there is a purity to the acid that lends itself to minerality. Unmistakably Italian in its origin, the wine finishes with dusty and austere tannins supporting the beautiful fruit.
