Our Cabernet Sauvignon is made to age for 20 - 30 years in your cellar. Of course, there are some vintage-to-vintage variations to this recommendation. Wine should be stored horizontally at 55 - 57 degrees in a vibration and light free environment.

Tasting Notes
Our deeply colored 2003 Cabernet has a stunning high-toned nose of ripe fruit, crème cassis, hints of sandalwood, and spicebox which all jump from the glass. An intense but lovely wine, the palate is loaded with ripe, sweet tannin and palate coating glycerin leading to a wonderfully long finish. A classic Cabernet that drinks well now but will reward long term cellaring as well.
