proper Cellaring recommendations
Our Sangiovese is made to age for 20–30 years in your cellar. Of course, there are some vintage-to-vintage variations to this recommendation. Wine should be stored horizontally at 55–57 degrees.

Tasting Notes
We have had great success coaxing more then usual color from this fickle grape; you will notice this right away in its brilliant but saturated ruby hue. The nose of the wine is classic for Sangio with black cherries, cherry liqueur, subtle oak notes, strawberries, plums, and floral aromatics. The palate has sweet, intense-soft fruit, backed with spice. A wonderful creaminess balances perfectly the ample tannin and acid backbone. A truly enjoyable wine.
