Our Sangiovese is made to age for 20–30 years in your cellar. Of course, there are some vintage-to-vintage variations to this recommendation. Wine should be stored horizontally at 55–57 degrees.

Tasting Notes
Beautiful ruby color. Lovely nose of tart cherry, fresh crushed strawberries, lanolin and mixed spring florals. Its deeply satisfyingly rich palette somehow defies the vintage and is balanced by a deft streak of acid and ultra finegrained soft tannin. The harmonious flavors linger forever on the palate. I believe this wine is closest in style to a fine vintage Brunello we’ve accomplished.
