Our Sangiovese is made to age for 20 - 30 years in your cellar. Of course, there are some vintage-to-vintage variations to this recommendation. Wine should be stored horizontally at 55 - 57 degrees.
Rich ruby to the rim. Stunning and complex nose of roses, worn leather, ripe cranberry, and brambles, with captivating accents of cocoa and sandalwood. Very densely structured ripe fruit and baking chocolate on the palate, with deliciously soft tannin and a crisp, lingering finish. At this point in its early youth, this could quite possibly be our finest Sangiovese.
