Mill Creek Upland
Tasting Notes
The wines from Mill Creek Upland vineyard typically have a brooding nose in their youth, but 2019 possesses an explosive and volatile nose of dark mountain fruit and olive tapenade. On the palate, the wine is linear, yet soft and supple. This wine benefited from the softening rains that our later-harvested vineyards received in fall 2019. The fruit, texture, and acidity are in perfect balance. I am very proud of this wine.

Holy Roller
Tasting Notes
Penetrating color to the rim. Intense nose of cranberry, cassis, sage, and fresh bread dough. Dense, soft, and round on the palate, with notes of charcuterie and blueberry pie. The wine rewards at the end with a viscous, bright, and elegant fruit-driven finish that lasts forever.
Loess
Tasting Notes
Dark to the rim. Stunning nose of lavender, clove, and black and blue fruits. The palate is a delicious mouthful of luscious fruits and citrus, bolstered by full-bodied and fine-grained tannins, all complemented by an incredibly clean finish. The wine implores to be tasted again and again.
Serra Pedace
Tasting Notes
Deep and dense color saturation. Intriguing nose of black tea, dried mint, clove, black licorice, warm basalt, and Bing cherry. Elegant and balanced with a long finish that, like our 2019 Mill Creek Upland, is remarkably lithe for its youth.
