Deep, rich garnet in the glass. A brooding nose opens to mixed bright black fruits and a lovely fir-bough note. Extremely dense palate loaded with black cherry, red currant, and bramble fruits. A perfect balance of framing structure, plush velvet, and a lingering fruit-driven crispness.

The extremely dark color of this wine complements the mysteriously sexy nose of purple florals, rocky ocean shore, wild mushrooms, and candied fruits. The palate opens with mouth-coating, plush, dark cherry and cocoa. Super dense and smooth through the midpalate with a lingering freshness on the finish.

Loess

Tasting Notes

Extremely dark in the glass, with a shy nose upon opening. The aromatics reveal themselves gently with dark cherry, cranberry, cassis, ground coffee, and hints of cedar, lavender, and orange peel with more time in the glass. On the palate are notes of warm berry cobbler full of baking spices. Well-structured tannins frame a rich and silky texture and sultry finish.
