Deep, rich garnet in the glass. A brooding nose opens to mixed bright black fruits and a lovely fir-bough note. Extremely dense palate loaded with black cherry, red currant, and bramble fruits. A perfect balance of framing structure, plush velvet, and a lingering fruit-driven crispness.

2021 Loess
Extremely dark in the glass, with a shy nose upon opening. T he aromatics reveal themselves gently with dark cherry, cranberry, cassis, ground coffee, and hints of cedar, lavender, and orange peel with more time in the glass. On the palate are notes of warm berry cobbler full of baking spices. Well-structured tannins frame a rich and silky texture and sultry finish.
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Malbec, 20% Petit Verdot
2021 Holy Roller
The extremely dark color of this wine complements the mysteriously sexy nose of purple florals, rocky ocean shore, wild mushrooms, and candied fruits. The palate opens with mouth-coating, plush, dark cherry and cocoa. Super dense and smooth through the midpalate with a lingering freshness on the finish.

2021 Serra Pedace
Intriguingly saturated color. The wine immediately opens with an explosive nose of ever-so-slightly dried herbs and flowers, marionberry crisp, caramel, white pepper, and a sensory note pulled from deep within my memory bank of machine oil on a turning lathe. On the palate, there are delightful notes of blackberries, raspberries, creamy vanilla custard, dark chocolate, and a lifting saline component. Concentrated, integrated, fresh and rich. The wine closes with a persistence of brawny power.
